| Race Features: Accurate 5k on paved course. Slight downhill start and finish for fast times. The course will have Durand high school athletes throughout for help with course direction. D3 XC State Champion David Madrigal III will be the lead biker leading the pack through Durand. Awards and refreshments will be at the Trumble Park Pavilion around 10:30 as soon as all participants are in. After the race stay around and enjoy Durand's 35th Annual Railroad Days Carnival. The recently remodeled Historic Durand Depot will be open for Tourists to walk through (A must-see!) All proceeds will go towards Durand XC and Track Teams and The Historic Durand Depot. |
